This is course content for Managing Broker Pre-License 45 Hr. Program Take your real estate career to the next level by earning a Illinois Managing Broker license. This license will allow you to continue working as a broker under a sponsoring broker or be your own boss establishing your own real estate brokerage. Illinois law requires that brokers must hold their broker’s license for a minimum of 2 of the 3 years immediately prior to taking the managing broker exam. Managing Broker Pre-License students must complete a 45 Hr. course consisting of a 30 hr Topics course and a 15 Hr, Interactive course.
